Where the work is
going autonomous.
Original research drawn from anonymised production data across 2,000+ companies and 60+ countries. We publish what's actually being automated, how fast, and the operating metrics that separate the leaders — sector by sector.

Our reports combine three sources: anonymised, aggregated telemetry from consenting production tenants; a structured annual survey of operations leaders across the cohort; and the expert-graded results from our Operations Benchmark. No individual customer is ever identifiable, and every figure ships with its sample size and confidence interval.
We deliberately publish the ceilings as well as the wins. Where a sector's work resists automation — high-judgment clinical decisions, bespoke legal drafting — we say so, and we show where the human-in-the-loop line currently sits. The goal is a report an operator can plan against, not a brochure.
Adoption is no longer the interesting question. The interesting question is what separates the operators getting 4x cycle-time gains from those getting 1.2x — and that's mostly about scope and guardrails, not the model.
Who these are for
Operations, finance and transformation leaders benchmarking their own automation maturity; investors sizing the shift; and teams building the internal case for autonomous operations. If you need a cut of the data specific to your sector or region, we can prepare a custom briefing.
